We currently accept BCBS Texas and are in the process of partnering with United and Medicare. Membership fees are not covered by insurance but include services that would normally cost 3-4x more if purchased separately.

Yes, you can change membership tiers with 30 days notice.
:;What if I’m not ready for GLP-1 medications?
Not everyone needs medication. We start with a comprehensive assessment and create a personalized plan. Medication is only one tool, not the default.
:;Do I need to commit to a contract?
Essential and Premium are month-to-month. Executive requires a 3-month minimum to allow for comprehensive baseline assessment.

Yes, it’s integrated into the membership because resistance training is essential for metabolic health and muscle preservation during weight loss.
